Seriously...Congratulations on your progress. I'm still watching you all from afar and I couldn't be more pleased or proud.
Keep up the all good work.
Best wishes!

P.S.: Yes, I realize this isn't colorized...I'm working on it. I forgot my usual color scheme.

You do not know the joy of quitting a life consuming activity until you actually make it happen. :D
On the plus side: still displaying the nerdy side of life, I won a warhammer campaign game today against an opponent who had 3 supporting banners.
Starting points: 1500 (me, playing woodelves) vs. 2100 (orcs)
Ending points: 1730 (me) to 360 (orcs)
^^
Ok, back to my non-nerdy lifestyle. <3 much all.

What this means is that you have traded a fairly cheap, yet time consuming hobby for one that is far more expensive.... and just as time consuming if you get into painting.... =:)
Someday, my undead army must rise again!

I play on saturdays only, lately. I started playing Warhammer some 4 or 5 years ago and I haven't painted anything in 2 years give or take, so I didn't really trade in WoW for Warhammer :P... I would like to find time to paint more, but that's just not a possibility at the moment. Most of my time is spent playing my Saxophone (maybe I'll record something some day and post it for all to hear my mad amateurishness), though, so who knows if I'll ever finish my army. I can field my 15% painted army, smash orcs or whoever once a week and be happy. :P

Well, yes...It is true that my transfer is most likely available at the moment. However, when I said that I was taking a break from the game (before the exodus from Durotan), I meant it. I turned off the game, canceled my account and walked away.
Cold turkey from a highly addicting game was a very hard and a very rewarding experience. It was nice to wake up the next day without having to worry about the herbs, potions, gold, etc...That I needed to get in order to be a force to be reckoned with during the nightly raid.
Now, I'm semi-occupied with graduate school. I do check the forums and love seeing updates from my favorite group of people.
I do enjoy the way WoW has been changing (if only they did this during all the suggestions during the closed beta) and should it continue along this pathway, then there might be a chance I would come back.
If at any point, I am feeling like I would like to play again, rest assured that I will be on the first boat (transfer) to Ysera, to which I hope I would receive a warm welcome.
Should any of you be in the Seattle area and would like to see the face behind the Psyche (ooo...I liked how that sounded), I will be at PAX (Penny Arcade Expo).
Much <3. Keep up the awesome work!
